In his first start with the Cincinnati Reds, Daryl Thompson shut out the Yankees over five innings in Yankee Stadium.  Thompson was relatively unknown before his major league debut, and because of this, Minor League Ball examines his past in the minors and explains why he will be successful with the Reds.
